Returns and  exchange policy

By purchasing phones and accessories on innos.com, you may  make a return in cases when the goods delivered of poor quality or it does not meet your expecatitions (you did not like it, you didnt  need it, and so on).

 

The general return of the goods scheme

1. It is required to send us e-mail (support.en@innos.com) with a request for return of the goods;

2. You are to specify the reason of return in your letter and to attach a photo of the goods and proof of purchase;

3. Wait for an answer. In most cases, the waiting period does not exceed two working days.

Delivered goods of poor quality

In this case the seller shall replace the goods of the poor quality with new one. Shipment of new goods to the buyer shall be made within seven days from the receipt of a letter from the buyer with poor quality goods notification via email. However, transportation costs for delivery shall be borne by the buyer. In  this case the buyer will receive a free accessory for the phone (cable, protective glass cover, or carrying case his  discretion) as additional compensation.

Goods of good quality that does not meet your expecatitions (you did not like it, you did not  need it, and so on).

Provided the goods delivered meets all quality expectations but the client  refuses it at his discretion (for reasons not attributable to the seller and to the manufacturer), the return can be made within 7 days from the receipt. Packing of the items must not be damaged, the goods must be unused. By returning such goods the client shall cover shipping costs (including logistics and required tax fees). The refund of the goods cost shall be made to the client. 

The order can be returned at the time of the delivery by the courier, in this case  the refund of earlier paid amount shall be made to the client save for the delivery costs.
